Booking is simple — enter your origin, destination and travel dates on the homepage or in the Hejet app. Select your preferred flight, choose your seat, and pay securely. You'll receive a booking confirmation by email within minutes.

You can also call our team on +234 (01) 234-5678 or visit any Hejet experience centre and we'll handle the booking for you.

Changes and cancellations depend on your fare type. Flexible fares can be changed up to 24 hours before departure with no fee. Standard and promotional fares may carry a change fee or be non-refundable.

To modify a booking, log in to your Hejet account, go to "My Trips", and select the booking you want to change. Alternatively, contact our support team.

Baggage allowance varies by airline, route and fare class. Your allowance is displayed clearly at the time of booking. Typically:

• Domestic flights: 15–23 kg checked bag + 5–7 kg cabin bag
• International economy: 23 kg checked + 7 kg cabin
• Business class: 30–40 kg checked + 10–14 kg cabin

You can add extra baggage during booking or after via "Manage My Booking".

Yes. Select "Multi-city" on the search form to add up to 6 different legs. Multi-city itineraries are particularly popular for combining, say, Lagos → London → Paris → Dubai → Lagos in a single booking.

We recommend arriving at least 3 hours before an international departure and 90 minutes before a domestic flight. Check-in typically closes 45–60 minutes before departure. Specific airline cut-off times are shown on your booking confirmation.

We monitor all Hejet bookings in real time. If your flight is delayed or cancelled, we'll notify you by SMS and email with your options — rebooking, rerouting or a refund where eligible.
